Policy
The Speakeasy Project prioritizes the hiring of queer and/or persons of color for workshops and our agency to disrupt the hierarchical structures of influence often present in the standard classroom settings. The goal of this project is to provide a safe space for all people, especially for those who exist at the very fringes of our communities.
